Whop Cake Dancing Better Than it Looks (06/06/2011)

This afternoon. . . Sister decides she wants to make a cake.  I have a couple, three pound cake mixes in the cabinet and so she gets one out.  She doesn't want to flavor it with lemon juice and decides on fresh strawberries.  She gets it all put together and and baking.  I was in the kitchen when she was taking it out of the oven.  She asked me how to get it out and the next thing I heard was whop, whop!  Instead of letting it cool before turning it over, she already had it upside down on a plate and was whopping the bottom of the pan. . . This is how it turned out. . .

Must’ve been pretty good. . . between three people, it is all gone in one afternoon.
